Moles (talpa europaca)

Click here to jump to the information and pricing regarding Mole Control

Mole hills are unsightly and disfigure lawns, playing fields, golf courses and pastures and make subsequent cultivation difficult. Sub soil on the surface including stones can damage cutters on mowers and harvesters. Mole excavations cause stunting of plants and crops, by disturbing roots or may kill young plants and can lead to deterioration of pasture and crops. Mole tunnels are also a hazard to walkers, runners and horses on rides or gallops and riders when the horse falls as the tunnel collapses.

Moles are possibly the hardest of all pests to control and re-infestation after treatment can take place from adjoining local areas.

There are no repellents, electronic or any other techniques to deter moles. Our mole controls involve up to date and old fashioned methods, depending which is considered ‘appropriate’, after doing a survey whichever method we use, the elimination is 100% - guaranteed!

Pricing for mole control can be difficult without doing a full site survey, however, as an indication please see the following information:

Price Guides

Please note these are just a guide and for an accurate price an onsite survey would have to take place.

Average Size Garden
In an average garden there would probably only be enough area to support a single mole, therefore the cost would be just £95.

Larger Gardens
Larger Gardens and estates can only be accurately priced upon completion of an on site survey, however, in our experience 1 acre could house up to 8 moles.

Estates
Estates where the mole population is larger may need regular treatment and this would have to be quoted on an individual basis.
